Ok before you get too excited there are some conditions to getting your phone repaired for free, you can’t get all repairs for free and it’s only possible if your phone is still within its warranty period.

Apple

Samsung

Now with Samsung repairs the same rules apply, your phone must be within its first 2 years of purchase and its hardware only is covered, all you need to do is take it to your nearest Samsung shop.
